Once you become a member and submit 3 cards you will receive a Golf Ireland handicap. This will allow you play in our club competitions and also open and semi open competitions in other clubs.
The membership fee covers your entry into all club competitions – you pay for your golf as you play.
Weekly Competitions
There is a weekly 18 hole competition held on a Sunday with a monitored timesheet. In addition to the 18 hole competition there are weekly 9 hole and 18 hole competitions that run from Monday to Saturday.

Opened in 1973 by Christopher Gaisford-St Lawrence of Howth Castle, the Deer Park 18-hole course made golfing history in Ireland by becoming the first privately owned course available to the public. Since then, the Fred Hawtree designed layout has given much enjoyment to golfers from Dublin and further afield for over four decades. The par 72 course with its generous fairways and beautifully maintained greens plays 6293 metres for Men and 4678 metres for Ladies, offering as much challenge as reward.
Under the watchful eye of long-time Head Greenkeeper Gerry Hudson, the Deer Park course is beautifully maintained year round and offers a great opportunity for groups and individuals to play a round of golf in a relaxed and friendly environment.
